Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the set-up and maintenance of all catalogs, solos, email promotions, package inserts, and affiliate offers, etc on the web sites. This position serves as the main support system of the Web Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain master lists of offer codes and key codes within Excel
• Set up offers in both Order management system and Web to support print, web and telephone promotions
• Maintain pricing for all products
• Populate images on Website to match current catalog
• Perform routine maintenance of all product on the web, including updated descriptions and photography
• Prepare sites for season switch over, including turning products off as end of season lists become available
• Set up Space Ads
• Set up hyperlinks for email promotions
• Populate homepage of the various websites with best sellers and featured promotions
• Set Up Weekly Specials on the Web
• Monitor web Q&A and customer service postings and respond as needed
• Checking final email drafts before scheduling them
• Setup product details in Order Management System
