Verizon Wireless will open a new retail location in Napa, California. The store features the company?s new open floor plan design, which connects the service center and sales floor to offer added support for its customers. The new store will open for business on Friday, March 23.

The retail store relocated to 1715 Trancas Street from its old location (3138 Jefferson Street) in Napa. The new Verizon Wireless store features an open floor plan that removes the walls between the service area and sales floor, making the entire store one department designed to streamline the sales process and enhance the customer experience. Verizon?s tech-savvy sales representatives are trained to showcase the latest and most innovative products and services. Among the new store?s features are:

• High-definition plasma screens showcasing the latest wireless multimedia applications such as Verizon Apps?and Get It Now?.
• More than 50 working models of handsets, pc cards and other devices for customers to handle and test.
• A bill payment kiosk that enables customers to pay their bills quickly and easily using checks, cash or credit/debit cards.

?We are excited to be bringing this new store format to Napa,? said Kevin Zavaglia, region president for Verizon Wireless. ?This new design allows customers to have an interactive shopping experience with hands-on demos of our cutting edge tech products and services, including 4GLTE smartphones, tablets, jetpacks and more.?

Customers are invited to the new Napa store to celebrate the grand opening March 23 through 25.
